Abia State University is boiling at this moment as students are rioting in and around the school. According to a student in the school who sent in this report, trouble started this morning when students arrived at the school to commence exams for today but were met with refusal by the school authorities to have them write their exams until they paid up an increased school fees of 280 thousand Naira. which the student saw as outrageous and took to the street immediately setting up burn fire and touching properties blonging to the school. Soldiers are said to hahve been drafted to the area to maintain peace.
