Teacher claims a 6 year old pupil beat him up

A New York Gym teacher, who weighs 220 pounds and has also played college football, has filed an absurd lawsuit claiming that he was beaten up by a 6-year-old. John Webster, a 27-year-old gym teacher at PS 330 in Queens, said that a 4-foot-2 Rodrigo Carpio kicked and bit him after he reprimanded the child for horseplay. The child also injured Webster’s ankle and knee. He now has to wear braces on both of his legs. "It's sort of like an angel-devil sort of thing," Webster said about Rodrigo. In his lawsuit, he sued the NYC for 10million dollars. Wonders they say will never end.
